Design and Installing an Accessible Bathroom
Mr Mcdonald required a full bathroom strip out. After is wife’s Health has deteriorated he required a low level easy access bathroom but didn’t want the wet room look, we have installed a full length anti slip shower tray with fixed screen and pivot panel in order to stop any splashes in the floor. We also required to install a disability seat to make it easier for Mrs Mcdonald to have her shower. We have installed the vanity units, sink and toilet positioned away from the corner allowing access all around the toilet. Access to the side of the toilet is important for mobility. A wall heater was also placed to make sure our customers bathrooms is kept warm before and during showering.
